(An International Business Company) all set up ready to trade complete with official Belize documentation, memorandum, certificate of registration, certficate of good standing, share certficate, articles of association, etc. Registered in Belize (former British Honduras) British commonwealth jurisdiction.

You get to choose the company name subject to availability on the IBC register and you can also choose the company suffix to suit the territory, anywhere worldwide, that you wish to operate from. (e.g. ltd, inc, GmBH, SA, pty ltd, etc)

The only tax you pay to the Belize government is a fixed flat fee of US$100 every year which allows you to trade with anyone anywhere in the world except within Belize itself. We manage all the paperwork and renewal documentation for you each year and pay the government flat fee for you included in our annual fee of £399 (British Pounds) This fee also includes us providing you with a local registered office and agent in Belize which is required under the Belize IBC law.

There is no public register of shareholders or directors. There is no need to hold or record annual general meetings and no government forms to submit. The advance fees up to the end of the first year are included in the set-up price. You will need to provide us with a notarised copy of your passport.
